About the project
EdenLab Cosmetics is a cosmetics brand that wanted to expand its social media presence across two markets — Serbian and Spanish. I needed a strategy that works for both audiences while respecting cultural differences.
What I did
1. Strategy for two markets
I created a content strategy that takes into account the specifics of both markets — different habits, tone of voice, and trends in the beauty industry in Serbia and Spain.
2. Content creation
Writing posts, captions, and stories in Serbian and Spanish. Every post adapted to the local audience — not a simple translation, but content that resonates.
AI product photography
In addition to social media content, I also created AI product photos — professional visuals without an expensive photo shoot.
3. Community management
Active communication with the community in both languages — replying to comments, DMs, and building relationships with followers.
4. Instagram and Facebook
Running profiles on both platforms with a consistent visual identity and formats adapted to each network.
Result
Successful brand positioning across two markets simultaneously, with a growing community and engagement in both languages.
